Our prices are based on the services you request, including the size and weight of your shipment, and the distance traveled. Payments are due before shipment or as otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods specified on our website.
While we take great care in handling your belongings, ShiftingExpert is not liable for any damages or loss caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control. You are encouraged to purchase additional insurance for higher-value items.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. If you cancel within this timeframe, a full refund will be provided. For cancellations made after the pickup, refunds may not be applicable.
